Woollaston Estates Mahana Riesling 2013

Medium palate weight delivers textural characters with delicious ripe fruit flavours. Lemon/lime characters are followed in the layers of flavour by a chalky minerality and juicy acidity. Exceptional balance and structure with 3 grams per litre of residual sugar to add texture without any noticeable sweetness. Fermented in very old oak barrels this is a finely crafted wine.
