Untitled White Blend
Rounded mouthfeel with layers of flavour but dominated by sweet pear and soft oak notes. The flavours evolve on the palate and finish with a slight caramel note wrapped around ripe and juicy acidity.
This is a wine that is both easy drinking and intriguing, probably more suited to a younger unsophisticated palate but intriguing to the more experienced wine drinker. Put it in a paper bag and ask your guests to guess the variety - they won't because no single variety in the blend says look at me.
Made from a selection of wine varieties sourced from different vineyards in different part of New Zealand this is a blend of white that is expressive of New Zealand fruit-driven white wine varieties.
