Thornbury Waipara Pinot Gris 2018

The naturally sweet characters in the Pinot Gris variety are obvious in this wine, however, the ripe pear flavours are layered with delightfully refreshing fresh ginger and quince-like spice. A delicious wine that, while being easy to drink, has complexity to burn. An excellent example of fruit-driven New Zealand Pinot Gris.
