Gladstone Vineyard Pinot Gris 2015
A nicely textured wine, full in palate weight without being overbearing. Flavours sit nicely in the spice spectrum rather than fruity spectrum, that honey character raises its head again with firm quince flavoured spiciness is enhanced by firm acidity in the finish. This is a serious Pinot Gris, designed to be enjoyed with food.
