Pied Stilt Reserve Pinot Noir 2010

At about five years old it is remarkably fresh and flavoursome. Ripe back cherry flavours with a nicely balanced oak influence. The finish is long, packed with elegant ripe fruit characters, a hint of charred oak and a nice twist of juicy acidity.
