Ngatarawa ‘Saddler’s’ Hawke’s Bay Syrah 2007

As rich in the mouth as it is in colour and packed with ripe black berry fruits and lashings of black pepper, Very fine tanins and a touch of fresh acidity result in a very satisfying juicy finish for this dry wine. This is aged Hawke's Bay Syrah at its best. The back label says it will cellar for four years but nine years on it still has plenty of life, nn outstanding wine and drinking perfectly now but should keep for atlkeast another four to five years. Sealed with a screwcap. Another wine from our personal cellar.   Ngatarawa Saddler's Syrah 2007 back label Ngatarawa Saddler's Syrah 2007 in the glass
