Simply packed with delicious fruit flavours and fermented to off-dry this delivers complexity in bucket loads. the texture is rich while the mineral and soft spice flavours enhance the cooked pear characters. Delicate, juicy citrus acids provide the balance the fruit needs. A delicious wine.
