Neudorf Rosie’s Block Chardonnay 2018

  • Neil Hodgson

Mouth filling yet bright, cooked white peach, brioche, soft limes, ripe and juicy acidity in the long finish, saline notes in the finish. The powdery minerality is a hallmark of Moutere Clay soils.

This is a beautiful, complex wine, a wine with flavour and character, character that is enhanced by a background saline texture, simply delicious and another outstanding wine from a winery with a long history of making some of the finest chardonnay wines in New Zealand.  Wild ferment, natural spring malo, barrel fermented (15% new French Oak), unfined, vegan friendly.
