Mud House Waipara Valley Riesling 2014

Even though this is made in a medium style the residual sugars are not obvious in the palate, rather the flavours a of fresh lime marmalade with a twist of ginger spice to add some heat to the very long finish. Serve it chilled with a hard blue cheese or Thai style foods.
