Vineyard - Single vineyard in Upper Moutere.
Soil - Moutere clay.
Vintage Conditions - A hot Summer provided the base for an early vintage. Rain just prior slowed ripening somewhat but good fruit flavours developed in hte picked fruit.
Harvest Date - Mid April 2016
Fermentation / Maturation 100% Stainless Steel with initial skin contact releasing the light blush of Pinot Noir.
Alcohol - %
Cellar - A wine best enjoyed fresh but will sustain cellaring for up to 2 years.
Serving Suggestions - A great summer wine or aperitif, serve well chilled.
