Kahurangi Estate Dry Riesling 2010

I love Riesling with some age, it develops lovely rich waxy characters. This example from Kahurangi Estate may be bone dry but the age adds complexity to the mouthfeel. Rich cooked lime and ripe peach flavours balance what was once searing acidity; it is still lively in the finish and is perfect with seafood, try it with fish and chips on the beach.
