Jacob’s Creek Barossa Signature Shiraz 2017

This is typical Barossa Shiraz, rich and packed with layers of flavour. While it has been aged on oak barrels the intensity of the fruit shines while the oak adds structure and delicate background vanilla flavours. Supple tannins are a delight in this intensely fruity wine. Soft chocolate notes add a certain richness to the flavours, a beautiful example of Barossa Shiraz form an outstanding producer.
