Gunn Estate Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay 2014

The label says the wine is “Full bodied, creamy and generous” and I am  not one to argue with that, however it is the layers of spice from the mandarin citrus fruit characters and oak that add character to the wine. This is a warm and generous wine that I think is best enjoyed with a chicken or white fish dish.
