Flaxmore Wines Pinot Noir Rose 2018

Medium palate weight with delicious creamy texture and a touch spice and acid freshness, a lovely juicy finish, off-dry palate, ripe juicy acidity. This is a delicious wine, and like their Pint Gris it is designed as a food wine rather than easy drinking even though I would be more than happy to enjoy a few glasses late in the afternoon with some smoked salmon.
