This is a perfect food wine, in fact it needs food to balance the beautiful acidity, this is a Pinot Gris for serious wine drinkers rather than a Sunday afternoon quaffing wine. Having said that, a bottle of Flaxmore Pinot Gris with some pate and cheese on a Sunday afternoon would be perfect.
