Fairhall Downs Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2015 – Hill & Bray Family Estate

    A wine with layers of flavour resulting in a delightfully complex style Sauvignon Blanc. Soft yet flavoursome tropical fruit characters are typical of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc while the finish is dry with delicate yet obvious acidity and lashings of red capsicum flavour in the very long finish. The fruit concentration shown in the wine is quite delightful.
