Domaine Servin Chablis 2013
Lovely textural wine with powdery acidity. Lemon. limes and mandarin dominate the flavours but lovely floral elderflower notes provide some perceived sweetness. Finish is long and dry with soft acid crispness at the end. Perfect with pork, chicken and white seafood.
