Čuvar means Guardian in Croation, it celebrates Sir George Fistonich’s Croation heritage.

This wine is elegant yet sophisticated, packed with juicy dark berry flavours that are balanced with juicy acidity and silky-fine tannins. A beautifully structured wine that is easy drinking yet complex enough to work incredibly well with duck or lamb. While this may be a very approachable style it will satisfy the serious pinot drinker too.
