Aotea Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Full palate weight, intense ripe fruit, gooseberry, dry minerality in the very long dry finish. Small amount of lees contact adds beautiful textural components. the fruit comes from Seifried Estate's Edens Road vineayard from vines around 5 years old. This is another lovely flavoursome wine with an added textural component from lees contact. It is the same wine as the Seifried Estate Winemaker's Selection Sauvignon Blanc and is labelled as Aotea for the European market and some on-premise in the local market. The wine is sold mainly to the UK and Ireland
